The Community Center is large enough for wedding receptions and banquets, however, will accommodate smaller functions, by renting only a portion of the building. The Center includes a complete kitchen, comfortable sitting area, a gymnasium and handicap accessible restrooms. Adult beverages may be served by a licensed operator.

The Blue Hill City Building is an excellent place for a company meeting. This room includes a large multiple seating podium with additional space for forty to fifty chairs or four to six tables. A unisex handicap accessible restroom is available at this facility.
Rental Information: Cost is $25. There is a $50 deposit if food is served. To rent this facility contact the city office.

The Golf Course Club House is an excellent place for Class Reunions. This facility includes a kitchen and bar, open seating area and handicap restrooms. Adult beverages may be purchased at this location.

Westgate Manor Community Room

Westgate Manor has recently been remodeled to accommodate up to sixty people. It includes a complete kitchen, cozy sitting area with a TV, spacious area with round tables and cushioned chairs, a nice sized patio and handicap accessible restrooms. This is an excellent facility for club and organization meetings or an open house.
Rental Information: The cost is $50 per event. The process to rent this space is to call the Housing Authority Director at (402) 756-2621 to request the contract and schedule the date of the event.
